We are selling the best assets of multiple printing companies in one auction. We DO NOT provide any warranties or guarantees. All items are presumed to be in working condition when taken out of service. On Line Bindery strongly encourages bidders to come and inspect the items in person, or to send a representative to evaluate the item(s) for their interest.

Bidding Extensions are 5 Minutes. Additionally, some of our smaller items can be skidded, banded, shrink-wrapped, and loaded at no additional charge. We have multiple loading docks, forklifts, and ground-level access for smaller vehicles.

We have done our best to provide as much information about these items as possible. Some descriptions are taken from the manufacturers' websites. There are things we do not have perfect knowledge of because features change. When there is a discrepancy between the written description and the actual item, the photographs will win out. You are bidding on the items in the photographs, not the written descriptions. However, the pictures are of the main units, any background equipment may or may not be included. If in doubt about anything, please contact us before bidding to make sure you get all the information to the best of our knowledge.

Special Notice for International Bidders: We greatly appreciate your business. We have no problem with holding equipment for an agreed amount of time for shipping purposes. All the items must be paid for before making any shipping arrangements. 

Finally, we can offer a certain amount of flexibility, so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Having said that, make sure you familiarize yourself with our terms before bidding, as all sales are final.
