2. The role of sellers on WireBids.

   Sellers are independent of WireBids. We do not control the auction content or the contracting process. WireBids will provide your personal information to the seller to allow the seller to screen and approve bidders. You agree to allow and direct WireBids to disclose your personal information to sellers. Although we admonish sellers to maintain a privacy policy of their own, we do not separately warrant against seller misuse of your information, and you agree to release WireBids from any liability incurred by a seller’s privacy policy or lack thereof.

   In addition to facilitating a bidder approval process for our sellers’ auctions, we may also use or disclose your information to unaffiliated third parties for the following reasons:

   2. For improvement or maintenance of the website;
   3. For processing transactions;
   4. For sending you notifications related to your account;
   5. For advertising new auctions via email lists;
   6. For administering a contest or reward;

4. Email notifications.

   If you wish to unsubscribe from email notifications, follow the instructions we provide at the bottom of each email we send to you.
