2. Binding Contract: If you submit an offer on an item, you agree to purchase that item for the offered, or accepted offered price. Please submit offers responsibly.

3. Payment: Full payment for any item must be received by the seller before payment deadline. Please refer to the seller directly regarding payment types and due dates.

4. Removal: You may not remove or take possession of any item until the seller receives payment in full for that item. Please refer to seller directly for shipping.

5. Complete agreement: These terms and conditions, together with any posted notices and/or additional terms provided in the description of any items on the marketplace, constitutes the entire terms and conditions on which property listed in the marketplace sale catalog shall be offered for sale or sold by Seller, and any consignor of such property for whom Seller acts as agent. No oral agreements made between Buyer and Seller shall be valid unless memorialized by both parties in writing. Seller strongly recommends to all buyers to thoroughly inspect all items before purchasing.
