The Triumph Ideal Paper Cutter  was manufactured in Germany. 

The Triumph IDEAL 4850-95EP with its automatic  clamp, includes a programmable power backguage. It has an all-metal construction with an electro-mechanical blade drive. The 4850-95EP includes an optical cutting line, digital display and 10-button key pad for preset measurements. There are 9 programs including 9 steps in each program and a memory key. Other features include a safety drive and a spindle guided backgauge for precise trimming positioning.
