We are selling the best assets of multiple printing companies in one auction. We DO NOT provide any warranties or guarantees. All items are presumed to be in working condition when taken out of service. Printer Strategies strongly encourages bidders to come and inspect the items in person, or to send a representative to evaluate the item(s) for their own self-interest.

Please see Shipping Details for more information on how we will get the items to winning bidders at the close of the auction. One important note is that as always, we will load your truck or help you arrange transport, and corner boards / stretch wrap are included with the winning bid. Also, a standard 40x48 pallet with strapping is included with your winning lot for free if your item fits.

The majority of equipment is located in our warehouse in St. Charles Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis. We are 15 minutes from the airport and centrally located near many major US highways. We welcome you to come see lots in person prior to bidding. For those not visiting, we have done our best to provide as much information about these items as possible. The descriptions are taken primarily from the manufacturer’s website. There are things we do not have perfect knowledge of because features change. When there is a discrepancy between the written description and the actual item, the photographs will win out. You are bidding on the items in the photographs, not the written descriptions. Please make sure to look over ALL images. All listings show the actual location of the items, should you want to inspect an item not at our St. Charles warehouse, contact us to help you set that up.

Special Notice International Bidders: We greatly appreciate your business. In the past, we have tried to work with you on payment and shipping. We have no problem with holding equipment for up to 30 days for shipping, but it MUST be PAID for within 3 DAYS. We will work with you on trying to complete a container, but PLEASE do not bid if you cannot meet these conditions. We do not like to relist items!

Payment Deadline is 3 Business Days after auction closes (Items paid by check or wire will save 3% on buyer’s premium)

**Please no foreign credit cards over $2,000.00 (Excluding Canada)

Items purchased and not picked up or delivered within 30 days are subject to storage charges unless previous arrangements are made. Items purchased and not picked up within 3 months will be considered abandoned and will be forfeit unless other arrangements are made in writing with PS.

Terms: All items are sold as is. We do not provide any warranties or guarantees unless given in writing in advance by PS. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to read all the Seller’s terms and conditions, including the terms listed in the description under each listing. Some items may be refurbished or otherwise may provide some guarantees, if so, that will be clearly noted in the item description. Those guarantees only exist for that specific item.

Binding Contract: If you are the highest bidder on a lot when the lot closes, you agree to purchase that lot for the hammer price plus the buyer’s premium.

Buyer’s Premium: You agree to pay a buyer’s premium of 10% of the hammer price in addition to the hammer price of a lot you win. This premium will be added to the hammer price in your invoice.

Payment: Full payment must be received by the seller before the payment deadline. You have Three (3) business days from the day the auction closes to make payment. Please do not bid if you cannot secure payment by the payment deadline. Your account will be flagged in the event of a non-payment. Please only bid on items you can follow thru and purchase, we hate re-listing items!

Shipping Info

Printer Strategies is located in St. Charles, MO. We have a large warehouse with both dock and drive up doors. There are essentially 3 methods to ship your items.

#1 – Customer pick up:

Customers are welcome to pick up items once paid in full. PS will assist in loading your vehicle or a commercial truck you arrange. Loading items is free, however there may be a charge for non-standard palletization, crating, or other special services. Please contact us for details.

#2 – We arrange shipping:

We are happy to use our logistics network to get you the best possible shipping quote. Steve White our logistics coordinator will help you thru the whole process of getting your equipment packed to your specifications and loaded on a truck that you have approved. We are happy to add the shipping portion to your invoice so you only have 1 payment to make.

#3 – Third Party Shipping:

Often we work with overseas customers to load containers, work with your freight forwarder, or recommend best ways to ship. With a prior arrangement, we can hold your item(s) for an agreed upon timeframe to allow for additional items to be added in order to fill an entire shipping container. If this is you, please reach out to us to discuss options.

A note on lumber:

We are currently experiencing a 4X increase in lumber prices. Standard shrink wrap and corner boards as well as a standard skid with strapping is included with the winning bid. Non-standard skid sizes, crating, or other special requirements will be quoted based on the size of you item and the lumber it requires. Thanks in advance for your understanding while this lumber situation plays out and returns to normal.
