Description
Everyone knows the Duplo's DC619 and DC628 - this is its Japanese faster, stronger cousin.
This is made by UCHIDA (who also brands this under Plockmatic in some countries).
MBM still services and supports it. Parts easily available online.
SOFTWARE IS NOT INCLUDED, Intelicut is expensive and you can add it at anytime. Took me a little white to figure out how to load custom jobs but after the learning curve - its pretty easy.
I will include all service manuals and parts books, also have the templates.

The MBM Aerocut Velocity is the refined model of the Aerocut Classic slitter/cutter/creaser and features enhanced productivity and user-friendliness. Feeding is an important and essential part for any print finishing device. This machine has an innovative patented feeding mechanism, that drastically reduces the risk of double feeds and mis-feeds. A perforating unit is located inside for accurate registration. The Velocity is twice as fast and includes more adjustments than base Aerocut Classic with a greater (4”) sheet capacity. The robust all-metal construction keeps top-level accuracy and finishing quality on every job. Includes 263 preset cutting jobs and up to 150 additional custom programs can be stored in memory. The Velocity is an ideal solution for finishing, especially for short-run digital printed applications, such as business cards, post cards, invitations, greeting cards, leaflets, tickets and more. Flex mode allows operators to cut multiple size cards from a page and add the desired number of creases on these; It enables designers and printers to create new aspects of applications. Self-correcting cut mark registration function and air suction feed system ensure accurate cuts every time. The Velocity Aerocut saves times and costs for print shops, in-house printers, commercial printers etc. Velocity uses channel creasing, allowing the machine to offer world-class quality creases on digitally printed stocks. Creasing pressure can be adjusted in 5 levels instantly by shifting the lever. Magnetic paper guides are easily adjustable for various stock sizes. Handy business card collection tray snaps into place for neat stacking of finished cards. Velocity also features 2 single blade slitters to trim the top and bottom margins, and 2 double blade slitters for center gutters and precise accuracy. The durable blades cut stocks up to 400 gsm. The following terms apply to this Online Auction. By participating in this online auction, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. “Seller” means Precision Solutions INC, the user on the website who is offering the goods for sale.
1. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES OR RETURNS. BUT are shown in WORKING ORDER.
2. Binding Contract. If you are the highest bidder on a lot when the lot closes, you agree to purchase that lot for the hammer price plus the buyer's premium. Please bid with care.
3. Buyer's Premium. You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 10% of the hammer price in addition to the hammer price of any lot you win. This premium will be added to the hammer price in your invoice.
4. Payment. Full payment for any lot must be received by the seller before 2:00PM EST; Within 3 Business Days of the auction. The seller accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashiers/Bank Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, ACH (Electronic Check), Business Check, , Visa, Mastercard
5. There will be a 4% FEE for payments made by Visa or Mastercard
6. NO RETURN of sold goods, NO REFUNDS, and NO EXCHANGES will be permitted.
7. Time shall be of the essence. If the Purchaser fails to make payment or remove goods within the time periods herein provided, the SELLER may resell the article purchased by auction, private contract or otherwise, as the Seller in his discretion deems advisable. If the Purchaser fails to pay the seller in full for his item by the payment due date, the Purchaser shall owe Seller liquidated damages in the amount of 25% of the hammer price of that item.
8. Items may be cross listed on other website/auction sites. Item may sell during auction without notice. We try to prevent this but its not always possible.
Shipping Info
We are a small shop, we can offer white glove shipping. Message with zip code before bidding for quote.
Of course you can pickup and haul on your own. I do not recommend freighting this, should be shipped via air ride van (WHITE GLOVE).
We do not have a dock, we are ground level. My neighbor has both a dock and a ramp, so we can always find a way to load a truck with some scheduling. A lift gate may be needed.
