All items purchased at the JAS location are as-is, where-is and must be paid in full by end of day Sept 26, 2025. There will be a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
Removal: All items must be removed starting Sept 29 and ending Oct 2. Hours are 8 am- 4 pm. Shipping can be arranged at an additional charge and must be paid prior to pickup.
Anything left in the building on Oct 3, 2025; will be thrown in the dumpster. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. The company is closing and this building must be empty.
Plan and bid accordingly.
