Description

Make: ISP
Model: Binderymate II 405

The ISP BinderyMate II Stitcher is a heavy duty stitching machine with up to a 1/4" thick capacity and a tilt table that accommodates both flat stitching and saddle stitching. This stitcher creates thousands of its own flat staples from the continuous wire roll without the need to stop production and reload preformed staples every few hundred. It uses proven stitcher head technology for dependable operation and years of high-production corner, side, or booklet stitching.

The side guides are adjustable to allow for easy straight or 45-degree corner stitching. With the table up in flat stitch mode it has a 4" throat depth and can be activated via the adjustable bump switch or the foot pedal (included). Saddle stitches are triggered only from the foot pedal. The BinderyMate II features an all-metal heavy-duty clamping mechanism to securely attach it to a table or countertop - an optional sturdy floor stand is available separately. As another option, two units can be mounted side by side for one step booklet stitching.

More efficient and powerful than its predecessor (the BinderyMate 305), the Binderymate II 405 Stitcher utilizes an all-new M-2000 stitching head that both increases productivity and drastically reduces regular maintenance.

Fast 173 - 199 stitches per minute
Bump switch: just insert sheets to activate stitcher or use the foot pedal
Adjustable throat depth up to 4"
User friendly
Adjustable safety guide
Interconnect cable option for multiple unit operation
