Microcut JR:

The Microcut JR is designed to automate backgauge movement on any paper cutter, 37" (92 cm) or smaller. The benefits include increased productivity, greater accuracy and imiproved reliability.

Seller's Terms

Terms and Conditions
The following terms apply to this Online Auction exclusively. By participating in this online auction, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. “Seller” means Precise Equipment the user on the website who is offering the items and goods for auction.

1. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES OR RETURNS.

2. Binding Contract. If you are the highest bidder on a lot when the lot closes, you agree to purchase that lot for the hammer price plus the buyer's premium and any other fee's that apply. Please bid responsibly.

3. Buyer's Premium. You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 9.5% of the hammer price in addition to the hammer price of any lot you win. This premium will be added to the hammer price in your invoice to the winning bidder.

4. Payment. Full payment for any lot must be received by the seller before 5:00 p.m.(PST) on Friday, November 1st, 2013. The seller accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashiers/Bank Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or Business Check. (We will NOT charge an additional fee for credit card or PayPal purchases, Buyers Premium and Tax still apply!)

5. Removal. You may not remove or take possession of any lot until the seller receives payment in full for that lot. You must present proof of payment to the seller upon pickup, and/or sign a waiver provided by the seller prior to lots shipment.

6. Removal dates. Lots will be available for pickup on these dates: 9:00am to 4:30pm (PST) Monday - Friday 
(Saturday by Appointment Only!)

- All lots must be removed before Friday, November 8th, 2013 by 4:30 p.m. (PST). Contact us directly to make other arrangements or to notify us a delay in pickup. A storage fee may apply to items held past the pickup dead line.

7. Preparation of lots. Seller will make reasonable efforts to make the purchased lots accessible to the winning bidder on the dates of removal. Seller will not be responsible for securing or unloading lots once they are loaded at our facility. Photos will be taken of all item(s) prior to loading and kept by the seller. Any damage or liability caused by incorrectly securing the item(s) will be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.

8. Complete agreement. These terms and conditions, together with all other posted notices and/or additional terms provided in the description of any individual lots within this auction, constitutes the entire terms and conditions on which property listed in the auction sale catalog, shall be offered for sale or sold by Seller, and any consignor of such property for whom the Seller acts as agent. No oral agreements made between Buyer and Seller shall be valid unless memorialized by both parties in writing. Seller strongly recommends to all bidders to thoroughly inspect all items carefully before the auction on which the bidder intends to commence bidding.

9. Auction site. Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place. Flammable, noxious, corrosive and pressurized substances may be present, heavy equipment may be in operation, and electric circuits may be live. Every person at the auction site before, during and after the auction sale, shall be deemed to be there at his/her own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises, and conduct of third parties; and the bidder shall so advise his/her agents and employees. No person shall have any claim against Seller, its consignors, agents, employees, directors or principals for any injuries sustained or for damages to or loss of personal property, which may occur from any cause whatsoever. No children under the age of 18 years of age will be allowed on the property.

10. Requital. If Seller is unable to deliver any lot or any necessary documentation required in respect of any lot and as stated in the lots description, the Purchaser’s sole and exclusive liability shall be the return of any monies paid on such lot.

11. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Warranty. Absolutely NO RETURNS of sold goods, NO REFUNDS, and NO EXCHANGES will be permitted. Additional items that are not listed in the lot description will not be included. This includes: manuals, parts, tools, power adaptors, etc. Please read through each lot description carefully. All items will be sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No warranties will be granted for any lot.

12. Removal. No article shall be removed unless paid for in full and all articles purchased shall be removed within the time period herein provided in the specific Terms & Conditions.

13. Payment Deal Lines. Time shall be of the essence. If the Purchaser fails to make payment or remove goods within the time periods herein provided, the Auctioneer may resell the article purchased by auction, private contract or otherwise, as the Seller in his discretion deems advisable. If the Purchaser fails to pay the seller in full for his item by the payment due date, the Purchaser shall owe Seller liquidated damages and/or a restocking fee, in the amount of 25% of the hammer price of that item. Failure to commit and submit full payment for any individual lot won during the grace period of three (3) days will result in a 25% fee of the hammer price of each item(s) and sent to collections.

Shipping Info

Large items will be skidded, shrink wrapped, and loaded at no additional charge. (Unless otherwise specified in the items description). Fork lifts and pallet jacks are available. Ground access for small and large vehicles including semis and trailers is also available. Street parking is at a first come basis, reserved parking will not be provided. Numerous bays are available for loading. No loading docks are available and no overnight parking will be available. Straps and tie-downs are not included "you must bring your own straps and you must secure your own load "we will not allow items to leave the property without being properly and safely secured" and we will not be held liable for any of the items once they leave the premises. Seller assumes no liability for damages or injuries occurred during moving, loading, or transporting of item(s).

International Shipping Information: We have the capability to load your container for shipping overseas! Their will be a $200 loading fee per container regardless of total items won. We are located near the Port of Long Beach which is one of the busiest ports in the world and have the most competitive rates for international shipping.

Crating and shipping (international and domestic) are available at an additional charge.

Normal shipping and handling charges will apply for any items requested to ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or all other courier services. You may use your own shipping account information or we will ship the item out for you and add the total shipping charges to the final invoice.
