·         All painted plates including are powder coated for durability and ease of cleaning.

·         All bare metals parts are fully inspected and sent out for military grade bluing (manganese phosphate) for corrosion protection.

·         The vacuum pump is refurbished with new vanes and more reliable operation.

·         All bearings are replaced.

·         All chains are new.

·         All insert detect boards are gone through inspection and replaced as necessary.

·         All gripper arm solenoids completely taken apart powder coated and gone through inspection.

·         Envelope Sensor replaced with Digital more reliable.

·         All covers are repainted.

·         Insert raceway gib is replaced with new.

·         Envelope hold back solenoid is replaced with new.

·         Geneva gear and index driver is replaced with new.

·         Plexi-glass is replaced with new.

·         Insert plate is new.

·         All new springs.

·         Linkages and pins are inspected replaced as needed.

·         All cam box seals are replaced.

·         All cam follower spherical rollers are replaced with new.

·         Wiring is gone through inspection to make sure no cracks or hardening and replaced, as necessary.
