The following terms apply to this online auction. By participating in this auction on WireBids.com, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. “Seller” refers to the individual or entity listing the equipment for sale.

1. All Items Are Sold As Is, Where Is, With No Warranties or Returns

All items are sold in their current condition, with no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.

2. Binding Contract

If you are the highest bidder on a lot at the close of the auction, you agree to purchase that lot for the hammer price, plus the applicable buyer’s premium. Bids are binding. Please bid carefully.

3. Buyer’s Premium

A buyer’s premium of 10% of the hammer price will be added to your invoice in addition to the final bid amount.

4. Payment

Full payment must be received by the Seller before 2:00 PM EST and within five (5) business days of the auction close. Accepted forms of payment include:

5. Buyer’s Premium Discount

A 4% discount on the buyer’s premium will be applied to payments made via:

•Money Order

•Wire Transfer

•ACH (Electronic Check)

•Business Check

6. Removal

No lot may be removed until the Seller has received full payment. Buyers must present proof of payment upon pickup.

7. Removal Dates

Lots will be available for pickup:

•Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

•Saturdays by Appointment Only

All lots must be removed within one (1) week of the auction end date.

Special exceptions may be granted for large equipment or buyers arranging overseas shipping—please contact the Seller in advance.

8. Preparation of Lots

Seller will make reasonable efforts to make the purchased lots accessible to the winning bidder on the designated removal dates. However, Seller is not responsible for securing or unloading lots once they have left the facility.

Any damage or liability resulting from improper securing of items during transport is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

9. Complete Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with any posted notices and/or additional terms listed in the item description, represent the entire agreement between Buyer and Seller.

No verbal agreements or promises shall be binding unless confirmed in writing by both parties. Seller strongly recommends that all bidders inspect items in person prior to placing bids.

10. Auction Site Notice

Bidder acknowledges that the auction site is a potentially hazardous area. Heavy equipment may be in use, and electrical or pressurized systems may be active. All persons entering the premises do so at their own risk, and the Seller shall not be liable for any injuries or damages incurred.

11. Non-Delivery

If Seller is unable to deliver a purchased lot or provide required documentation, Buyer’s sole remedy shall be the return of monies paid for that lot. No additional compensation or claims will be accepted.

12. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstance after purchase.

13. Removal Deadline

No item may be removed without full payment. All items must be removed within the removal period as specified in these terms. No exceptions unless agreed to in writing by the Seller.

14. Failure to Pay or Remove

Time is of the essence. If Buyer fails to pay in full or remove purchased items within the allowed timeframe, Seller may resell the item by auction or private sale.

Buyer agrees to pay liquidated damages equal to 25% of the hammer price for any item not paid for by the payment deadline.

15. Packaging Fees

Buyers may incur additional packaging fees for invoices totaling less than $1,000. Fees are as follows:

•Standard Pallet: $25

•Box with Packing Material: $25

•Custom Pallet: $50

•Custom Crate: $100

16. Export Disclaimer

The Seller is the “agent of sale” only and does not fill out or provide any documentation for export purposes. Buyers are solely responsible for all export arrangements, filings, and compliance.

We are happy to assist with loading and coordinating logistics; however, all shipping arrangements, costs, and payments are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

•Large machinery sections will be secured and strapped to the walls of the truck for safe transit.

•Smaller components and modules will be skidded and banded as needed for stability and protection.

•Our facility is equipped with a standard-height loading dock (48–52 inches), compatible with most freight carriers and dry vans.
