OPEX Falcon Rapid Extraction Desk mail opening and extraction workstation. Operator-style desk setup designed for high-volume mail opening/extraction workflows. Unit includes the integrated workstation with roller-bed work surface, multiple output trays/bins, and the OPEX Rapid Extraction Desk module as shown.
- Function: automated envelope opening using milling cutter (chips material rather than a blade) and presents contents for removal; includes empty-envelope verification before discard.
- Cycle rate: up to 3,600 mail pieces per hour.
