Auction Information

All items are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees unless specifically stated in writing. While we test equipment whenever possible, we cannot test every item. If we are aware of any issues with an item, we will disclose them in the description.

If you have any questions about what is included, please ask before bidding.

Descriptions & Photographs

Item descriptions are based primarily on manufacturer information. In the event of any discrepancy between the written description and the actual item, the photographs will take precedence. You are bidding on the item as shown in the photos, not the written description. Please review all images carefully before placing a bid.

Terms of Sale

All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees unless expressly provided in writing by MTSI. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read and understand all terms and conditions, including those listed in each lot description.

MTSI reserves the right to bid on any lot up to the reserve price. All such bidding will be conducted transparently.

Binding Contract

When you place the highest bid on a lot and the auction closes, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the lot at the hammer price plus the buyer’s premium.

Buyer’s Premium

A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the hammer price of every winning bid.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be received within three (3) business days from the close of the auction. Accepted payment methods include:

• Company Check
• ACH
• Wire Transfer

Please do not bid if you cannot secure payment within the deadline. Non-payment will result in your account being flagged.

International Bidders

We appreciate your business and are happy to work with international buyers. Equipment will be loaded out the week of June 22 2026 all equipment must be removed by 5:00PM June 26 2026 ; however, full payment must still be received within 3 business days of the auction closing. Please do not bid if you cannot meet these payment terms.

Storage & Abandonment Polic

• Items not picked up or shipped by 5PM June 26 2026 will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited, unless other written arrangements have been made with MTSI.

Refund Policy

MTSI reserves the right to deny refunds in the following cases:

1. Equipment that has been abandoned.
2. Situations where the buyer has not paid for shipping. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are not affected by the purchase price of the item.

Refer to each items shipping Info. Smaller items will be skidded & shrink wrapped, loaded onto truck. Large items "will not be skidded" but will be shrink wrapped. If you request a shipping quote on larger items, the shipping method will be "blanket wrap service" where the item will be loaded, blanket wrapped, strapped in and delivered without being offloaded.
