The AutoSeal FD 2054, an innovative tabletop that can provide the premium pressure sensitive one-piece documents. 5 pre-programmed standard folds like panel C, V, Z and uneven C and Z folds. Up to 35 custom folds can be programmed into the machine and even the fold types can be modified individually. In operation, the FD 2054 is capable to detect and adjust automatically to the variety of document forms. Feature a drop-in three-roller feed system capable to process at the speed of up to 16,450 per hour. An estimated monthly cycle can be up to 200,000 forms. Large, 2.8" LCD screen with an advance and incredible easy control panel system design for any inexperienced operators to begin with no instruction. Changing stacker wheels by hand is a thing of the past, with the AutoStack Wheels, switching form sizes and fold types are as easy as 1-2-3. Please note: These specs have been taken from the manufacturer's website for a brand new item. There may be mention of optional accessories, which may or may not be included with the used item actually being sold here. There may have been improvements in production specifications between the used item's date of manufacture and brand new items. To be clear, you are bidding on the item in the photographs, not the item described in the manufacturer's latest literature. Minimal inspection done.
Payments must be made with in 3 days of auction ending. Removal must be completed within 10 days of auction ending.
The following terms apply to this Online Auction. By participating in this online auction, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES OR RETURNS.
2. Binding Contract: If you are the highest bidder on a lot when the lot closes, you agree to purchase that lot for the hammer price plus the buyer's premium. Please bid responsibly.
3. Buyer's Premium: You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 10% of the hammer price in addition to the hammer price of any lot you win. This premium will be added to the hammer price in your invoice.
4. Payment: Full payment for any lot must be received by the seller before payment deadline. Please refer to the seller directly regarding payment types and due dates.
5. Removal: You may not remove or take possession of any lot until the seller receives payment in full for that lot. Please refer to seller directly for shipping.
6. Complete agreement: These terms and conditions, together with any posted notices and/or additional terms provided in the description of any lots within this auction, constitutes the entire terms and conditions on which property listed in the auction sale catalog shall be offered for sale or sold by Seller, and any consignor of such property for whom Seller acts as agent. No oral agreements made between Buyer and Seller shall be valid unless memorialized by both parties in writing. Seller strongly recommends to all bidders to thoroughly inspect all items before the auction on which bidder intends to bid.
7. Time shall be of the essence: If the Purchaser fails to make payment or remove goods within the time periods herein provided, the Auctioneer may resell the article purchased by auction, private contract or otherwise, as the Seller in their discretion deems advisable. If the Purchaser fails to pay the seller in full for his item by the payment due date, the Purchaser shall owe Seller liquidated damages in the amount of 25% of the hammer price of that item
