Seller's Terms
The following terms apply to this Online Auction. By participating in this online auction, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties, no returns, no exchanges, no money back. All sales are final.
2. Binding Contract: If you (the buyer) are the highest bidder on a lot when the lot closes, you agree to purchase lot for the hammer price plus the buyer's premium. Please bid responsibly.
3. Buyer's Premium. You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 10% of the hammer price in addition to the hammer price of any lot you win. This premium will be added to the hammer price in your invoice.
4. Payment. Full payment for any lot must be received by Super Strong Products, Inc. (the seller) before payment deadline. The complete and final invoice will be sent by the seller. Full payment is payable to the seller (not to WireBids). WireBids will send a partial-temporary invoice, just to let you know that you are the winner, but wait for the seller's final invoice.
5. Removal. You may not remove or take possession of any lot until the seller receives payment in full for that lot. All Items sold must be removed from the seller's building no later than 15 days after auction closes. Equipment left after 15 days will be subject to storage charges. Any equipment left after 30 days shall be considered unclaimed, abandoned and will be seized, impounded and the equipment shall be re-sold by the seller to recover storage and handling charges. Please refer to the seller directly for shipping.
6. Complete Agreement. These terms and conditions, together with any posted notices and/or additional terms provided by the seller in reference to any lots within this auction, constitutes the entire terms and conditions on which property listed in the auction sale catalog shall be offered for sale or sold by the seller, and any consignor of such property for whom the seller acts as agent. No oral agreements made between the seller and the buyer shall be valid unless memorialized by both parties in writing. When there is a discrepancy between the written description and the actual item, the photographs will win out. You are bidding on the items in the photographs, not the written descriptions. The Seller strongly recommends to all bidders to thoroughly inspect all items before bidding. No inspection or equipment operation will be allowed on date of equipment removal
Shipping Info
All items are shipped from the seller's building located at Super Strong Products, Inc., 601 E. Rock Island Rd. Grand Prairie, Texas, USA 75050
Before the seller sends out the final invoice, the seller will contact the buyer to see if they want a price quote for the seller to do the palletizing, packaging and loading of any lot. The price will be added to the final invoice. All the shipping directions, instructions and information will be sent to the buyer as soon as the item is ready for shipping. The seller will not pre pay for any shipments. Shipment arrangements and payment are the sole responsibility of the buyer.Video
