The Triumph fully automatic features an LED digital display for power back gauge positioning. ***Please NOTICE: The machine powers on and the work light as well as the power back gauge digital positioner work fine. BUT WHEN THE CUT/CLAMP BUTTONS ARE PRESSED, THERE IS NOT UP/DOWN ACTION. This machine can be purchase as a parts machine or could be fixed. ALL Repairs and parts to fix the machine are the only responsibility of the purchaser (bidder) at his/her own costs.

1) All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO WARRANTIES, No returns, No refunds, No exchanges.

2) Binding Contract: If you are bidder on a lot when the lot closes, you agree to purchase the lot for the hammer price plus the buyer's premium. Please bid responsibly.

3) Buyer's premium: You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 10% of the hammer price in addition to the hammer price of any lot you win. This premium will be added to the hammer price of any lot you win.

5) Removal: You may not remove or take possession of any lot until Seller receives payment in full for that lot. Please refer to Seller directly for shipping.
