Please understand that you are buying from auction even we are an equipment dealer it doesn't mean we will accept return or offer warranty on auction items. We made our best effort to describes the machines listed her but they still machines and in used condition. in the time of the auction and upon the discribtion they were working. they are disconnected after the auction has started to be waiting for shipping. during this waiting time we don't have any clue of any condition change. we are willing to support our buyers but buying from the auction is AS IS. no return or refund. please make your own judgement and inspect the machines before you buy. we don't cover or insure any shipping. shipping is between the buyer and shipping company and you should buy your own freight insurance for the value that cover your purchase
