We will do our best to make buying from an auction as easy as possible but please understand that you are buying from an auction even we are an equipment dealer it doesn't mean we will accept a return or offer a warranty on auction items. Once the auction is closed all sales are final
We made our best effort to describe the machines listed here. In the time of the auction and upon the description they were in full working condition
They are turned off after the auction has been started and waiting for shipping. During this waiting time, we don't have any clue of any condition change. We are willing to support our buyers but buying from auction is "AS IS" where is no return or refund. Please make your judgment and inspect the machines before you buy if it possible
We don't cover or insure any shipping. Shipping is between the buyer and the shipping company. Please buy your freight insurance for the value that covers your purchase
Shipping is your responsibility and please get a shipping estimate before bidding. We can help you in getting your machine shipped out! failing to pay the shipping cost to the shipping company will not cancel the sale or result in a refund
Shipping Info
Equipment will not be prepared for shipment until AFTER we have received and processed payment for any lots won. Preparing equipment for shipping may take up to 7 business days, so please be patient with us. Equipment will be shipped after it has been prepared.
We offer free and flat rate delivery to qualified locations, so please check the Delivery Matic maps listed in every product’s image section. Desktop machines are delivered free to most zip codes.
Most machines are delivered on wheels or pallets and not crated. Crates can damage the machines during shipping due to their fragile nature. Shipping on wheels or crates allows us to reduce the chance of damage.
We do not cover cosmetic damage to any equipment during delivery. If there is any damage and you choose to file for total loss of the machine, you must return the machine to get a refund.
We do not ship internationally, but we do assist with crating and palletizing for international shipments. Please allow extra time for preparation for international shipping. We have brokers that can assist with shipping to Canada and Mexico if you need suggestions. We do deliver to Laredo, Texas.
