Thank you for participating in our online auction. As a reminder, all equipment is being sold ‘AS IS’. We do not guarantee we will accept any returns or offer any warranties on auction items. Once the auction is closed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
At the time of auction, all machines listed are in full working condition. We list the condition of each machine ‘AS IS’ when the auction goes live.
Each machine is turned off and disconnected from power once the auction goes live, and we do not power on any machines until the auction has closed. We do not know of any condition changes during this period that the auction is active.
We offer flat-rate shipping to locations in the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico do not qualify for flat-rate shipping. International Buyers, including Canada and Mexico, will be responsible for shipping arrangements and costs outside of the US. If you choose to ship with another shipping company, it is your responsibility to acquire shipping estimates and arrange shipping. Dimensions and weight for most equipment can be found online. Shipping can be arranged after you have paid for any lots won, payment has been processed, and we confirm the equipment is prepared for shipping. We do not make shipping arrangements for you, cover shipping costs, or insure equipment that is not shipped by us. Failure to arrange shipping or pay shipping fees will not cancel the sale or result in a refund on the lots won.
Shipping Info
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may take longer than usual. Do not expect to receive a machine sooner than one month from the date the auction closes.
Equipment will not be prepared for shipment until AFTER we have received and processed payment for any lots won. Equipment will be shipped after it has been packaged.

Most machines are delivered on wheels or pallets and not crated. Crates can damage the machines during shipping due to their fragile nature. Shipping on wheels or crates allows us to reduce the chance of damage.
We do not cover cosmetic damage to any equipment during delivery. If there is any damage during shipping and you choose to file for total loss of the machine, you must return the machine to get a refund. You must notify ExecutiveMatic of any damage 24 to 48 hours after the machine is delivered so we can file a damage claim.
We do not ship internationally, but we do assist with crating and palletizing for international shipments. Please allow extra time for preparation for international shipping. We have brokers that can assist with shipping to Canada and Mexico if you need suggestions. We do deliver to Laredo, Texas.
