Lot #27: AB Dick 9810-XC Offset two color press.

1) All items are sold as is, where is, with NO Warranties or returns.

2) Binding Contract: If you (Buyer) are the highest bidder on a lot when the lot closes, you agree to purchase that lot for the hammer price plus the buyer's premium and any packaging charges.

3) Buyer's Premium: You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 10% of the hammer price in addition to the hammer price to any lot you win.  This premium will be added in the final Invoice sent by the Seller, in addition to any packaging/handling charges.

4) Payment: Full payment for any lot must be received by the Seller before payment deadline. Please refer to the Seller directly regarding payment types and due dates.

5) Equipment Inspection: Seller strongly encourages Buyer to inspect the equipment before bidding. Inspection is by appointment. No inspection of equipment will be allowed on auction closing date. No inspection or equipment operation will be allowed on pickup date.

6) Removal: You (Buyer) may not remove or take possession of any lot until the Seller receives payment in full for that lot. All shipping charges and shipping arrangements are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Seller will not prepay for any shipping charges.

7) Seller will provide pictures and sometimes videos of the lots. When there is a discrepancy between the written description and the actual item, the photographs will win out. You are bidding on the item in the photographs, not the written description. All items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties.

8) Complete Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with any posted notices and or additional terms provided by the Seller, constitute a binding contract between Seller and Buyer. No oral agreements made between Buyer and Seller shall be valid unless memorialized by both parties in writing.
