We are moving this printer out to make room for a newer model. It's been a good printer for us and is still going strong. There is a slight skip in the PK head (see pic) but we haven't noticed it affecting print quality. Maybe in shadow areas if you look hard enough. 

It comes with a new in box Vivid Magenta Ink cartridge and EFI Express software.
