The following terms and conditions apply to this online auction. By participating in this online auction you (bidder) agree to abide by theses terms and conditions.
1) All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH No WARRANTIES. All sales are final, no returns, no refunds, no exchanges.
2) Binding Contract: If you are bidder on a lot when the lot closes, you agree to purchase the lot for the hammer price plus the buyer's premium. Please bid responsibly.3) Buyer's premium: You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 10% of the hammer price in addition to the hammer price of any lot you win. This premium will be added to the hammer price of any lot you win.
4) Payment: Full payment for any lot must be received by seller before payment dateline. Please refer to seller directly regarding payment types and due dates.
5) Removal: You may not remove or take possession of any lot until seller receives payment in full for that lot. Please refer to seller directly for shipping.
6) Complete agreement: These terms and conditions, together with any posted notices and/or additional terms provided in the description of any lots within this auction, constitutes the entire terms and conditions on which property listed in the auction sale catalog shall be offered for sale or sold by Seller, and any consignor of such property for whom Seller acts as agent. No oral agreements made between Buyer and Seller shall be valid unless memorialized by both parties in writing. Seller strongly recommends to all bidders to thoroughly inspect all items before the auction on which bidder intends to bid.
7) When there is a discrepancy between the written description and the actual item, the photographs will win out. You (Buyer) are bidding on the items in the photographs, not the written description.
The winner (Buyer) is responsible for all disassembly, rigging, crating, packaging, loading and hauling/shipping at the buyers own risk and expenses.
Shipping Info
Please contact the Seller for all shipping details and information before placing the order with any shipping company. When picking up in person, buyer must make an appointment. No equipment testing, no demo, no equipment to be operated on the pick up date.
After you (Buyer) win the bid, we (Seller) send you the Invoice with the hammer price plus 10% buyers premium. We give you the option to let us package/crate and load the machine onto the shipping truck. If you accept the packaging price quote, we include that amount in the original invoice. and wait for your payment. Depending on size of crates it can take up to 2-3+ weeks for us to finish the crate/s. After crate is ready, we send you a Form: "Shipping Directions & Information" This document contains all the information regarding that shipment, including a list of shipping/trucking companies for you to contact and compare before choosing the right shipper for you. We make it very easy, "stress free", for the buyer. We (Seller) do not pre-pay for any shipping costs. All shipping costs are to be prepaid by buyer/bidder.
