All equipment is original-owner and comes from Epic Print. The facility experienced significant flooding, and since that time, the equipment has been under continuous restoration by a professional print equipment engineering team for the past 10 months. Each unit has been fully inspected, tested, and confirmed to be in proper working condition.
Epic Print – Online Auction Terms & Conditions
These terms govern participation in Epic Print’s asset disposition auctions hosted on WireBids. By registering to bid, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below. These auctions are conducted to liquidate unencumbered equipment from Epic Print’s operations following catastrophic facility damage.
1. General Terms of Sale
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties, guarantees, or returns. Bidders are responsible for evaluating all assets prior to bidding. No claims will be accepted regarding condition, usability, or completeness once bidding concludes.
2. Bidding Commitments
If you are the highest bidder when a lot closes, you are entering a binding agreement to purchase that item for the final bid amount. Bids may not be retracted. Epic Print reserves the right to set minimum reserve prices on select high-value items and to verify bidder identity prior to accepting bids.
3. Buyer’s Premium
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price for each item.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices will be issued by WireBids following auction close. Full payment is due within 3 business days. Acceptable payment methods include wire transfer, cashier’s check, or ACH. Payment instructions will be included with the invoice. Items will not be released until full payment is confirmed.
5. Pickup, Shipping, and Removal
Buyers are responsible for coordinating and paying for removal and freight.
Epic Print provides the following assistance:
- On-site loading support (forklift, dock access) by appointment.
- Basic crating and palletizing services available; standard charge is $500 per crate for heavy machinery. Other materials (pallets, shrink wrap, padding) may be billed as needed.
- Removal must occur during the designated window (typically within 2–3 weeks after auction close). Buyers must schedule pickup times in advance.
- Any outside riggers or freight carriers must present a signed liability waiver.
Failure to remove purchased lots by the deadline may result in storage charges or forfeiture without refund.
6. Shipping & Packaging Information
- Freight Guidance: Epic Print can provide shipping weights, dimensions, and referrals to third-party freight providers.
- Buyer's Responsibility: Buyers must arrange freight and ensure proper insurance coverage.
- Epic Print does not guarantee shipping timelines and is not liable for damage once an item leaves the facility.
- Epic reserves the right to decline disassembly for the purpose of small-parcel shipping. Items will be released as listed.
7. Inspections
On-site preview or inspection appointments may be arranged during the auction period. Please contact us to schedule. Virtual walk-throughs can also be accommodated. Inspection is strongly encouraged given the facility’s flood history.
8. Default and Non-Payment
Failure to pay within the allotted time may result in cancellation, relisting, and forfeiture of bidding privileges. Epic Print may impose liquidated damages up to 25% of the lot price for non-paying bidders.
9. Dispute Resolution
Epic Print reserves the right to resolve any bidding disputes or errors in its sole discretion. All sales are final. In the rare event of a listing error or equipment unavailability, Epic may cancel a lot and refund payment in full as the sole remedy.
10. Indemnification & Assumption of Risk
Bidders, buyers, and their agents enter the facility at their own risk. Epic Print is not liable for personal injury or property damage incurred during inspection or removal activities. Proper PPE is required on site.
11. International Buyers
Epic Print does not provide export documentation. All international buyers are responsible for complying with customs, tariffs, and shipping requirements.
