The Konica Minolta bizhub PRESS 1250 is a high-volume, monochrome production digital press engineered for demanding commercial, in-plant, and print-for-pay environments, delivering fast, reliable black & white output with professional quality and versatile finishing.

Key features include:

  • Print Speed: Up to 125 ppm (A4/letter) or ~70 ppm (A3/11x17); supports tandem printing (two units linked) for up to 250 ppm output
  • Resolution: True 1200 x 1200 dpi with 256 gray shades for sharp text, dense blacks, smooth halftones, and offset-like quality using Simitri® HD toner
  • Monthly Duty Cycle: Up to 3,000,000 impressions for heavy-duty, long-run reliability
  • Paper Handling: Supports weights from 40–350 gsm; sizes from min 95 x 139 mm to max 324 x 483 mm (up to 12" x 19" with PF-703); handles coated/uncoated, textured, and specialty stocks

Configured Inline Setup (right-to-left orientation):

  • PF-703 Paper Feeder — High-capacity air-suction feeder with three trays; up to 5,000-sheet total capacity; supports 40–350 gsm stocks and sizes up to SRA3 (or 12" x 19"); vacuum belt system "floats" paper for smooth, reliable feeding on long runs and challenging media
  • bizhub PRESS 1250 Print Engine with Scanner — Core high-speed monochrome press with built-in scanner (up to 105 opm scan speed); includes real-time image density/toner ratio sensors for consistent quality over extended production
  • RU-510 Relay Unit — Enhanced relay with sheet turning mechanism and multi-sheet function; required for proper integration with downstream finishing on the bizhub PRESS 1250 (ensures smooth paper path and compatibility with options like GP-501 or other inline units)
  • FS-532 All-In-One Finisher — Modular stapling finisher with staple cutter for up to 100-sheet stapling (2-point, corner, or variable positions); enhanced paper output consistency, refined path for beautiful finishes regardless of sheet count; supports sort/group/offset modes, high-capacity trays (up to ~4,000+ sheets main output depending on config), and sub tray
    • SD-510 Saddle Stitcher (integrated/attached to FS-532) — Adds saddle-stitching for booklets; supports fold & staple (up to ~50 sheets/200-page booklets at lighter weights like 80 gsm), multi-letter-fold (half-fold/tri-fold), and center-fold modes; ideal for brochures, manuals, newsletters, and short-run saddle-stitched products with clean, professional results

Meter Reading: Total impressions at 3,757,694 (a moderate-to-high usage figure for this robust machine, well within its 3,000,000 monthly duty cycle capability—indicating solid production history but with plenty of life left when properly maintained, as these presses are engineered for millions of impressions over their service life)

This fully configured, production-ready system excels at high-speed transactional printing, books, manuals, direct mail, statements, reports, and high-volume monochrome runs with excellent registration, minimal downtime, and automated finishing—perfect for shops needing fast, cost-effective black & white production with saddle-stitched output. Originally a premium investment (often $100,000+ new with these options), it's a robust workhorse for high-output environments.

Perfect for high-volume black & white print operations seeking reliability, speed, and versatile booklet finishing! Unit is used with 3,757,694 total impressions; please inspect or request additional photos/videos/meter details as needed. Local pickup in the St. Charles, MO area (or arrangements for shipping at buyer's expense).

Great opportunity to acquire a heavy-duty monochrome digital press with air-suction feeding and saddle-stitch capability at auction value!

Seller's Terms

Payment Deadline is 3 Business Days After Auction Closes

If you have any questions, please feel free to call us @ (636) 757-3594 or E-mail: Sales@PrinterStrategies.com

We are selling the best assets of multiple printing companies in one auction. We DO NOT provide any warranties or guarantees. While we try and test every item, that is not always possible. If we know an item is problematic, we will state such in the description. Otherwise, any item without a video is sold 'as-is'. Printer Strategies strongly encourages bidders to come and inspect the items in person, or to send a representative to evaluate the item(s) for their own self-interest. Only items specifically shown in pictures/video will be sent with the item, unless otherwise stated in the description. If you think something is missing from the pictures or you're unsure what's included, please ask us about it!

The majority of equipment is located in our warehouse in St. Charles Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis. We are 15 minutes from the airport and centrally located near many major US highways. We welcome you to come see lots in person prior to bidding. For those not visiting, we have done our best to provide as much information about these items as possible. The descriptions are taken primarily from the manufacturer’s website. There are things we do not have perfect knowledge of because features change. When there is a discrepancy between the written description and the actual item, the photographs will win out. You are bidding on the items in the photographs, not the written descriptions. Please make sure to look over ALL images. All listings show the actual location of the items unless otherwise stated; should you want to inspect an item not at our St. Charles warehouse, contact us to help you set that up.

Terms: All items are sold as is. We do not provide any warranties or guarantees unless given in writing in advance by PS. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to read all the Seller’s terms and conditions, including the terms listed in the description under each listing. Some items may be refurbished or otherwise may provide some guarantees, if so, that will be clearly noted in the item description. Those guarantees only exist for that specific item.

The seller reserves the right to bid on any equipment listed in this auction up to the reserve price. All such bidding will be conducted transparently.

Binding Contract: If you are the highest bidder on a lot when the lot closes, you agree to purchase that lot for the Hammer Price plus the Buyer’s Premium.

Buyer’s Premium: You agree to pay a Buyer’s Premium of 10% of the Hammer Price in addition to the Hammer Price of a lot you win. This Premium will be added to the Hammer Price in your invoice.

Payment: Full payment must be received by the seller before the payment deadline. Accepted payment methods are Check, ACH, eCheck or Wire. You have Three (3) Business Days from the day the auction closes to make payment. Please do not bid if you cannot secure payment by the payment deadline. Your account will be flagged in the event of a non-payment. Please only bid on items you can follow thru and purchase.

New Customers: The easiest way to pay is to send us an image of your company check, which we will process as an eCheck. Fast, easy, and zero costs to process.

Special Notice to International Bidders: We greatly appreciate your business. In the past, we have tried to work with you on payment and shipping. We have no problem with holding equipment for up to 30 days for shipping, but it MUST be PAID for within 3 DAYS. We will work with you on trying to complete a container, but PLEASE do not bid if you cannot meet these conditions.

Equipment Storage/Abandonment: Items purchased and not picked up/shipped within 30 days are subject to storage charges unless previous arrangements are made. Items purchased and not picked up/shipped within 3 months will be considered Abandoned and will be forfeit unless other arrangements are made in writing with PS.

Refund Deniability:

  1. We reserve the right to deny refunds for equipment considered abandoned.
  2. We reserve the right to deny refunds due to not paying for shipping costs; please do not bid if you're not willing to pay for shipping! Feel free to contact Logistics@PrinterStrategies.com for a shipping quote.
Remember, the cost of the lot you win has no impact on the shipping cost.
