PrintLine RSP In-Line Finishing System
For Heidelberg 102 machines
This is a Finishing System that can score, slit, perforate, or die-cut In-Line on press even when printing.
It can be used on any Heidelberg 102 or similar machine. We used it on both our SORSZ and 102 CD machine
This In-Line Finishing System was used numerous times and it does a very nice job of scoring and perforating. We never used it for slitting or die-cutting. Although, very commonly done and even embossing. Die-cutting & Embossing do require a flexible die that would need to be made for the specific job. The big benefit we found with this system was the quality and the ability to produce much faster than our die-cutting machine.
The Base Plate, RSP Mylar Grids, RSP Impression Cylinder Jacket, Tools, Matrix, Tape, etc… All are in good order and in the original crate.

This item is packaged in a wood crate.
