During the COVID-19 pandemic, Boggs Equipment will remain open and continue to support & supply our customers who are Essential Businesses in the supply chains of the Government, Food/Beverage, Healthcare, Finance, Postal, Education, Communications, and many other industries. We will be offering the following to help make this time easier for our customers. All users will receive an Email if there are any changes to these policies

- LTL (common carrier) & UPS/Fedex (parcel) Packaging and Shipping will not be delayed, and customers should expect the same standard of service we have provided for years. We are following all State & Federal Guidelines to protect our employees, but due to the large size of our facility employees are able to Social Distance and continue normal Work

-Extending pickup and removal deadlines until May 31st, 2020. Payment will need to be made by the standard payment deadline (5 business days), but we are offering to store the items until May 31st, 2020 (will be reassessed at that time).

- Pre-Auction Inspection, In-Person Payment, Customer Pickup - We will be limiting the amount of customers in the building to (2 groups) at any given time since most of our sales and office staff are working from home. Please call ahead and make an appointment for faster service

Note: Buyers premium is 9% (5% if paid by check or wire), If invoice is paid by Check or Wire buyers premium is only 5%

We are selling the best assets of multiple printing companies in one auction. We DO NOT provide any warranties or guarantees. All items are presumed to be in working condition when taken out of service. Boggs Equipment strongly encourages bidders to come and inspect the items in person, or to send a representative to evaluate the item(s) for their own self interest.

-Bidding Extensions are 5 Minutes

-All Items located in the Boggs Equipment warehouse will be skidded, banded, shrink wrapped, and loaded at no additional charge. We have multiple loading docks, forklifts, and ground level access for smaller vehicles.

-We have done our best to provide as much information about these items as possible. The descriptions are taken from the manufacturers website. There are things we do not have perfect knowledge of because features change. When there is a discrepancy between the written description and the actual item, the photographs will win out. You are bidding on the items in the photographs, not the written descriptions. Please make sure to look over ALL images.

- Special Notice International Bidders: We greatly appreciate your business. In the past, we have tried to work with you on payment and shipping. We have no problem with holding equipment for up to 30 days for shipping, but it MUST be PAID for within 3 DAYS. We will work with you on trying to complete a container, but PLEASE do not bid if you cannot meet these conditions. We do not like to relist items!

Payment Deadline is Monday, April 6th, 2020 (Items paid by check or wire will save 4% on buyers premium)
