The following terms apply to this Online Auction

A winning bid constitutes a legally agreement to purchase any item in this auction. Please bid with care.

A Buyer's Premium of 5% will be applied to the successful bidder's invoice in addition to the sale price.

Payment terms:
Full Payment is due by 5:00 pm Monday September 19th 2011.
Full payment must be recieved before removal of any items
Forms of Payment Accepted - Cash, Cashiers/Bank Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, ACH (Electronic Check), American Express, Business Check

REMOVAL DATES:
September 15th and 16th 8:00 - 5:00 (EST)
September 17th 8:00 - 12:00 (EST)
September 19th to 23rd 8:00 - 5:00 (EST)
Last day of removal is September 23rd 2011

The purchase of any item includes the following services to be provided by Boggs Graphics Equipment LLC:

• All Equipment will be set on a wooden skid
  
• All Equipment will be Banded to the skid
  
• All Equipment will be Shrink Wrapped
  
• All Equipment will be Loaded onto a Dock High Truck using 1 of our 4 loading docks or loaded onto a ground level pickup / trailer etc.

Boggs Graphics Equipment LLC will not be responsible for securing or unloading lots once they are loaded at our facility. Any damage or liability caused by incorrectly securing items will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

1. As further defined in the sale catalog . Everything is sold “as is.” All sales final. While quantities and descriptions are believed to be accurate , owners or counsel make no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied as to authenticity, genuineness of, or defects in any lot and will not be held responsible for any advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. no warranties whatsoever are made as to condition, merchantability or fitness for use of any item. You should take full advantage of the preview and inspection period. Sale subject to additions AND deletions.

2. The following, as amended by any posted notices and/or oral announcements during the auction sale, constitutes the entire terms and conditions on which property listed in the auction sale catalogue shall be offered for sale or sold by Boggs Graphics Equipment LLC , and any consignor of such property for whom Boggs Graphics Equipment LLC acts as agent. Boggs Graphics Equipment LLC strongly recommends to all bidders to thoroughly inspect all items before the auction on which bidder intends to bid. Under these Terms and Conditions, the term “Bidder” and “Purchaser” shall be used interchangeable and be one of the same.

3. Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place. Flammable, noxious, corrosive and pressurized substances may be present, heavy equipment may be in operation, and electric circuits may be live. Every person at the auction site before, during and after the auction sale, shall be deemed to be there at his/her own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises, and conduct of third parties; and the bidder shall so advise his/her agents and employees. No person shall have any claim against Boggs Graphics Equipment LLC, its consignors, agents, employees, directors or principals for any injuries sustained or for damages to or loss of personal property, which may occur from any cause whatsoever.

4. If Boggs Graphics Equipment LLC or its consignor is unable to deliver any lot or any necessary documentation required in respect of any lot, their sole and exclusive liability shall be the return of any monies paid on such lot.

5. Absolutely NO RETURN of sold goods, NO REFUNDS, and NO EXCHANGES will be permitted.

6. No article shall be removed unless paid for in full and all articles purchased shall be removed within the time period herein provided in the Event Specific Terms & Conditions.

7. Time shall be of the essence. If a purchaser fails to make payment or remove goods within the time periods herein provided in the Event Specific Terms & Conditions, the Auctioneer may resell the article purchased by auction, private contract or otherwise, as the Boggs Graphics Equipment LLC in his discretion deems advisable.

All Items will be Skidded, Banded, and Shrink Wrapped at no additional charge. We have multiple loading docks, forklifts, and also ground level access for smaller vehicles.
